A wedding in Venice……on April 21, 2012 Tatjana and Dmitry celebrated 18 years of marriage with a symbolic wedding in one of the city’s most enchanted venues: a luxury palace with beautiful gardens on its own exclusive island! The Palace hotel can only be reached by motor boat and offers some of the most amazing gardens in the city. In April, everything was in full bloom and Tatjana and Dmitry were blessed with a gorgeous sunny Spring day! Coming from Latvia, they contacted us for a last minute wedding event.

Tatjana and Dmitry arrived by private motor boat to their exclusive Venice wedding venue. This former 16th century monastery is now a 5-star hotel; a jewel of rare beauty in Venice featuring 37 elegant rooms, 13 large suites and junior suite, private gardens and breathtaking views over the lagoon. Originally designed by the greatest Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio the Palace hotel welcomes guest in a unique atmosphere of ages past.

The ceremony was held in one of the romantic, rose covered gazebos in the middle of the gardens. Roses, tulips and flowers of every kind were in full bloom everywhere! Nothing could have been more romantic!

Flowers and a beautiful parchment certificate were arranged to commemorate the event.

Bursts of colors from roses, hydrangeas and lilies and other incredibly colourful blooms vie with each other creating an utterly romantic atmosphere. Majestic trees and vine covered trellis grow in beauty and harmony together. There are three different gardens, each with its own style and architecture to enjoy, not to mention experiencing the rich scent of the many blooms. The gardens are available for your Venice wedding reception and ceremony.
