Upon receipt of your ENQUIRY FORM your wedding planner will send you a proposal and pricing for a customized Italian wedding package.

• Reserving and confirming your wedding location, the date and time.
• Official English speaking interpreter.
• Regular e-mail correspondence with your wedding planner.
• Professional assistance in completing all legal or religious requirements.

• Reception planning including: venue recommendations and booking, providing imaginative ideas for decor, menu and wine selections.
• On site coordination on your wedding day by a member of the Distinctive Italy Weddings team.
• A dedicated personal wedding designer to help you plan your event.
• Wedding Program with detailed itinerary and timeline furnished 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Acting as liaison between you and the vendors and providing you with timely progress reports.
• Final confirmation of all booked wedding services and scheduling: 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
