The origins of the villa date from Roman times, when the site was used to house a fortress. Eventually in the 20th century it became an opulent hotel for aristocratic families during their summer holidays. In recent decades it was purchased by the local authorities for civil weddings and private receptions. Every room in the villa is unique and filled with precious works of art, incredible frescoes and stucco's as well as superb chandeliers. Depending on the size of your wedding party you can choose to have your Riviera civil ceremony in a variety of halls holding up to 100 guests. The villa is available also for private, catered receptions which would create a one of a kind sumptuous event no one is likely to forget.
