Overlooking Lake Garda and the Veneto countrysie, sits a stunning hilltop villa where luxury garden meets rustic-chic. This venue is the perfect place for a romantic Lake Garda wedding.
It should come as no surprise that Lisa and Charlie, an American/Italian couple chose this gorgeous venue to host their Italy wedding ceremony and reception.
Their beautiful day was featured on the prestigious wedding blog - Junebug Weddings.
Choosing to utilize the amazing landscape, the couple opted for an olive/ garden floral theme, which was composed of fresh natural florals of off-white, pale pinks, greens and cream shades. This theme was the best fit to compliment the landscape and atmosphere of the Lake Garda area.
Curated impeccably, both Lisa and her bridesmaids held bouquets that looked 'freshly picked'.
Lisa wore a gorgeous tulle illusion gown, with an intricate headband adding just the right amount of sparkle, it brought her whole look together. She looked simply stunning.
Lisa's bridesmaids wore peach coloured dresses that encompassed the entire Italian garden theme perfectly.
The wedding ceremony was held outdoors overlooking the amazing Lake Garda landscape. Adding an extra personal touch, the bride’s brother in-law acted as the officiant. As a harp played in the background, Lisa and Charlie exchanged their vows in front of a romantic floral arch made of olive leaves and pale pink and white roses. The intimate ceremony was just sublime with a semi-circle seating.
With the garden decorated with exquisite floral arrangements, chic white canopies, gazebos and chaise lounge sofas, guests relaxed and enjoyed the breathtaking natural beauty and the panoramic view.
Using the luscious garden and villa as a backdrop for their photoshoot, Lisa and Charlie fit perfectly into the landscape and their wedding photos turned out amazing.
As the villa's restaurant has a Michelin star, it goes without saying that the food was phenomenal. On candlelit tables decorated with olive leaves and fresh flowers, guests dined and were entertained by the beautiful sunset that seemed like it lasted forever.
Lisa and Charlie’s wedding menu consisted of:
welcome starters and cocktails served in the garden. To ensure that guests had various options, there was an array of different buffet stands such as; Vegetarian, Country, Traditional and Seafood / Fish Buffet
Risotto with Parmiggiano Reggiano and scallion and Amarone wine reduction
Mezzi Paccheri pasta with fresh tomato, taggiasche olives and Puglia burrata
Duck served with aromatic pepper sauce, spinach with raisins and multi layered potato gratin

Lugana d.o.c. - Perla del Garda e Valpolicella classico d.o.c.

To keep with the Northern Italian theme, a traditional Millefoglie cake (Chantilly and fresh strawberries) was served. It was decorated with pink and white roses.
We're back in California and finally settling in after our lovely trip. Thank you again for everything you did for our wedding. As I said to Rosanna, I'm happy to be a reference for DIW .
- Responsiveness - Stefania always got back to me within a day of me emailing her with questions. She always had answers to my questions and was very patient with providing me with multiple options. I found her emails very helpful and clear and looked forward to waking up to an email from her nearly every morning :-). Once we were in Italy she always answered my phone calls right away. Also, Rosanna was very helpful in responding quickly when I was having issues with the Italian consulate in LA. I'm very grateful for the help I received with regard to the documents needed for the civil ceremony.
- Professionalism - As I said, Stefania was excellent. Always very professional and kind and I could tell she was very patient with all of my requests and questions. The day of the wedding she was very professional and helpful and attended to every detail I asked her to with great care. She helped ensure that everything was perfect at both the civil ceremony and the symbolic ceremony.
- Value - Given the amazing wedding that we had and the fact that everything went smoothly with our paperwork for the civil ceremony, this was a great value. I would pay that again without hesitation.
- Flexibility - I felt that every suggestion or desire I had was accepted and Stefania did her best to make everything exactly as I wished it to be. She was really wonderful!!
We were absolutely in love with the restaurant. The view was magnificent. Everyone was so impressed with the food. The duck in particular had people swooning. Many of our guests said that the wedding cake was the best cake they've ever had! I for one loved the dessert buffet. Sara was fantastic and I could tell she was happy to accommodate all of our requests. I would recommend the venue to anybody without any hesitation - it was truly fantastic.
Yasmin was wonderful! She was so patient and sweet and carefully listened to exactly how I wanted my hair and makeup done. She even bought me the lipstick and lip pencil she used so I could refresh it during the reception. I love how she did my makeup and my mother and sister looked gorgeous as well.
Flowers were amazing! Everyone complimented the flower arch and the bouquets and button holes were exactly as I had pictured.
Harpist - the music was lovely and everyone was gushing about how nice the harp music was in the setting.
Piano, sax and violin -all were very lovely.
Thank you for making the wedding of my dreams a reality!
Celebrating the rest of the night around the garden and inside the villa, Lisa and Charlie's romantic Lake Garda wedding was nothing less than amazing.
