Jewish Wedding at Villa Miani, Rome
We all know that the scope of every wedding is to celebrate love, create unforgettable memories and spend time with loved ones. Louisa and Steven's Jewish wedding in Rome encapsulated all that and more!
Not only was their day filled with joy and laughter, but it was also excitingly romantic and elegant. With miriad personal touches, this delightful couple held an unforgettable Jewish Wedding in Rome's exclusive Villa Miani – one of the great villas of the Eternal City.
Starting off the big day with champagne toasts and silk robes, Louisa and her bridal party made sure that every minute was spent celebrating. Her smile says it all!
Louisa wore an elegant lace cap-sleeve gown, while her stunning chestnut hair was swept into a flowing half-up do, enhanced with a lacy jewelled headpiece. Later in the evening, stiletto heels were swapped for Converse sneakers, the perfect idea to be able to dance the night away!
Louisa’s bridesmaids wore varying shades of lavender to tie into the theme. This choice went perfectly with the intense green hues of the gorgeous gardens of Villa Miani.

Steven looked dapper in a dark grey suit, while his squad of best men wore a darker black shade. The men also paid homage to their Scottish heritage by wearing tartan kilts.
The villa offers one of the best panoramic views over Rome and dates back to the19th century. It’s gardens have a “wow” factor and are impeccably maintained by an army of gardeners!
As for its interiors, creamy marble floors, frescoes, gilding and shimmering crystal chandeliers, make the the neoclassical Villa Miani one Rome's most sought after luxury locations.
Louisa and Steven chose lush lavender and ivory as their color palette. This choice went extremely well with the gilded tones of the 19th century villa, and was carried out even in the tiniest details throughout the wedding.
From the bridesmaids’ delicate bouquets to the ceremony’s décor, the lavender and ivory florals adorned the magnificent venue, adding to its ethereal atmosphere.
The ceremony and celebrations were filled with amazing traditions, while every detail tied into the color scheme or the ambience of the prestigious venue. From the décor choices to the bride's dress, there was an overall feeling of effortless romance and pure happiness.
Signature drinks, golden confetti, singing and dancing was a great end to a perfect day, and of course, thanks to her footwear, the bride was the centre of attention and took over the dance floor along with the groom!
With the intense colors of Rome, the mystic Italian gardens and a day filled with laughter, Steven and Louisa's Jewish wedding in Rome was the perfect mix of family, friends, cultures and traditions.
