WEDDING CEREMONY OPTIONS for VILLA CARLOTTA
Villa Carlotta is available for either civil or blessing ceremonies which can be set up either indoors or outdoors, overlooking the lake. Ceremonies are possible every day of the week - also for civil ceremonies. Maximum indoor seated capacity is 50 guests, but additional numbers can be accommodated with standing room. For outdoor ceremonies the villa provides up to 100 chairs.
The outdoor Lake Como wedding ceremony is celebrated on the panoramic "Camellias" terrace, overlooking the blue waters of the lake. Besides the views - you will be surrounded by the colours of over 150 species of roses as well as other blooms!
In case of rain, the indoor civil ceremony is arranged in the aptly named “Sala dell’Amore” or Room of Love which includes several magnificent works of art from the school of Canova: Love and Psyche and the Last Kiss of Romeo and Juliet by Francesco Hayez. Definitely in keeping with the theme of romance!
