Rising above the rolling countryside of Siena, the stone farmhouses of the 15th century Tuscan retreat embrace the central Hamlet square with sincere Tuscan warmth; this is exactly what Deborah and Rafael were looking for to welcome their family and friends who traveled so far to celebrate with them.
Every corner of the Enchanted Hamlet speaks sophistication: parasol pines, ivy-clad chapel, an enormous ancient oak tree reaching out across the piazza, shading the endless wedding breakfast table beneath that is dressed for a fancy dinner party!
In-season flowers and hurricane-glass candelabras line the center table surrounded by mercury vases and florals in Deborah’s palette of white, rose, blush, and olive green, all well-spaced, without crowding the chic place settings marked with a single olive branch and a twig of rosemary. Savory Italian food catered to a tee and Chianti wine in each glass ... an Italian wedding menu to die for.
But the real ‘wow’ moment took everyone by surprise as Italian Tenor David sang some classic opera favorites during dinner, bringing tears and goosebumps to music loving guests.
Mason jars and chandeliers hung over the dance floor making the after dinner setting just perfect for drinking and dancing and carrying on after two days of celebrating.
The real Tuscan experience Deborah and Rafael dreamed of for their wedding day was complete in every detail: accommodations for all their guests, special activities to have fun together, a wedding day celebration that unfolded absolutely flawlessly. Catering: The service and quality were absolutely superb!
Music: I had to pinch myself to make sure this was actually happening at my wedding!
Flowers: I remember sitting at dinner and looking around me and not believing it was real life and that it was my life - it was absolutely magical!
Location: One of my favorite memories was having breakfast with all of our guests the morning after our wedding - the breakfast was delicious and the setting couldn't have been better.
Hair and makeup: The makeup lasted all day, despite the heat!
