We discovered this Fairytale Castle while driving along the beautiful alpine scenery around Bolzano and Merano; famous for its vineyards and fruit orchards built up into the walls of the mountains. Suddenly, the castle appears, dominating the entire valley from the top of a cliff overlooking the charming small Tyrolean village below. It feels as if you just stepped inside a postcard. The castle is ideal for small to medium sized wedding parties - the largest wedding reception room holds 80 guests. Regardless of the location, your friends and family will be able to bask in breathtaking views that will remain etched in their memory forever. The aperitif is enjoyed on the magnificent fountain terrace with views over the entire region including Bolzano, the vineyards and apple orchards.
There is a chapel on site and Catholic church nearby. Protestant ceremonies are possible on site as are symbolic rites. Civil ceremonies are performed in the stunning Merano wedding hall which is a medieval castle.
